Gilcrease Avenue is closed between Fort Apache and Oso Blanca roads in northwestern valley during daylight hours begins next week.
The road is scheduled to finish daily from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to June 24, Las Vegas, the officials said.
The closure will allow crews to repair sidewalks, gutters and sidewalks while storm drains is cleared and repaired and landscaping and street lights installed.
Motorists will be able to access the residential area near the Gilcrease Avenue from Fort Apache or farm roads.
