The lawsuit concerns a teenager died after the Church's ritual

A 16-year-old girl died after a ritual at the Las Vegas Church where she received a poisonous substance prior to lent, claiming a legal process.

Church of divine appointment, also known as truth ministries Inc. and two officials it was sued this week in Clark County District Court of Bridgette Jennings-Benbo, mother to Brianna Benbo.

Suit says Brianna of North Las Vegas, died on July 8, 2010.

Four hours before his death, while a parishioners attending services at the Church, she was induced to take the medication "comment to a religious ritual fast," says in the suit.

Medication, unknown to the girl, included bee pollen and some other chemical compounds which were toxic and toxic, the suit says, adding that the girl had suffered respiratory and cardiac arrest and died within four hours to consume the substance.

Requires the circumstances as a "zealous religious fasting ritual", accused the mother church of wrongful death lawyers and negligence. They also claimed product liability.

The Church formulated certain compounds and chemicals to capsulated form, and these products were "unreasonably dangerous for use by the public" suit charges.

The Suit seeks unspecified General and punitive damages, exemplary.

A message for comment was left Friday with glories Powell. She and Lula Davis was named as defendants in the suit that alleged owners or managers of the Church.

The Church is at 2027 North H St., Suite F, near West Lake Mead Boulevard and Interstate 15, says the mood.
