He’s wrong. People always have a choice. If for any reason someone is not satisfied where he works or what he does for work, he decides whether it is worth staying, leaving or going into another profession. It’s a pretty simple concept — from a nonsmoker.

Smart letter, David

The same point is true when a worker is asked by a boss to clean the rest rooms ... is that also sort of , well, hazaradous to one's health, possibly?
:::::::::::::::::::::
Cigarette smoke in the air is so insignificant it's not even in the top 20 of the world's worst pollutants, period .... it's an emotional issue for non-smoker control freaks, Enwrong Party Members, who resent the enjoyment of others and for ex-smokers who like to harp about how good they are ( like third graders ) on having quit the habit and want the world to know
::::::::::::::::
If a guy or a lady goes into a bar or restaurant for a few drinks and wants to smoke why in the world should they and the owner of the place have to deal with yet another law intruding on society? Those who don't like it can sit elsewhere or take their cocktail outside and drink it
:::::::::::::::::::::::::::
Soon I suppose these Enwrong Republicans will be screaming for other social laws governing the conduct of others who are enjoying their lives ... like, hey, you can't play the Lottery, or hey, you can't miss church more than twice a month ... is this what's coming down the pike from this Tea Pottie, gun toting small group of whackos ?
:::::::::::::::::::
Ola - there is absolutely nothing whatsoever surprising that could come out of the mouths of Oil Spill Sarah or Comrad Chairman Mao Sharon Angle ... nothing whatsoever, agreed ? Yes, agreed , of course !
